Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Missed Appointments • No cancellations are allowed. • Missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit. 4. Service Changes • The service booked is the service provided; no alterations can be made on the day of the appointment. 5. Client Responsibility • Hair must be clean and detangled for curl transformations and dry cut services. 6. Health & Safety • All tools are sanitized between clients. • Inform your stylist of allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. 7.
