Service Description
This appointment is the foundation of your curl journey. A bespoke, one-to-one experience designed to restore, shape, and support the long-term health of your curls. Led by Teesha, our accredited curl specialist, this service goes beyond styling. Your appointment is tailored to your individual curl needs and goals, with education and care woven throughout. Your experience includes our signature dry curl cut, followed by cleansing, conditioning, and intentional curl styling. Specific treatments may be added to further support your hair. You’ll receive personalised guidance during your appointment and leave with a tailored curl care routine and aftercare advice, empowering you to care for your curls confidently at home. Please arrive with hair clean, fully dry, detangled and worn down in its natural state. Light product use is fine. Avoid heavy oils, butters or stretched styles, as this affects the accuracy of your cut. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Appointments may be amended up to 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged in full.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments • All services require a confirmed booking. • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. 2. Deposit • A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. • Deposits can be transferred to another date or appointment if amended at least 48 hours in advance. 3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments • No cancellations are allowed. • Missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit. 4. Service Changes • The service booked is the service provided; no alterations can be made on the day of the appointment. 5. Client Responsibility • Hair must be clean and detangled for curl transformations and dry cut services. 6. Health & Safety • All tools are sanitized between clients. • Inform your stylist of allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. 7.
